::sigh:: Dad, I do not want to poke at your injury. No matter how useful a lesson it may be for the future of my teeth.
Besides, if you've got a toothache, why on EARTH do you want me to poke it? (Suffice to say, I really don't understand the parents sometimes.)

I'll see you at the party this weekend, most definitely. Unfortunately, I haven't had the time to call your parents to see about a visit, but any time I get a few minutes to myself to make a phone call the hour is well into the night. I'll try to get a few free minutes in soon to give them a call. :)
