In which there is a picture, and talk about moving pictures as well:
So, yeah. The infamous Crowley costume (not to self: next time, poke someone into being Aziraphale. It's just not the same, without).

Watched Van Helsing while hanging out in Vera and Sara's room last night. Pretty okay movie, but mostly it's highly amusing. We're going to have to put together a list of all the things it tries and fails to be - for example, Star Wars, The Matrix, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Lord of the Rings - even Going Postal! I can't find it now, but I read something last night that was incredibly fitting to the movie about 20 minutes later.
And the friar! SO. FUNNY.
After watching that, though, I really want to see The Fifth Elephant as a live-action movie. Would be great.

Date: 2004-11-06 12:18 pm (UTC)My friend Scott Foy, in his review of Van Helsing, called it "the first ever Muppet movie without Muppets", so you can add that to the list. Does it make any more sense, viewed through that lens?

Date: 2004-11-06 03:07 pm (UTC)Hopefully fairy!Morgan will be online soon. Now that I'm not obsessing, I liked the costume. I'm just far too much of a perfectionist for my own good.

Date: 2004-11-06 03:39 pm (UTC)But when it comes to things like this, ponytails lack the necessary style. XD
As to the houseplant - well, yes, but the only one I've got on hand is my roommate's rather sorry-looking spider plant. It wouldn't work without a perfect plant, you know? And considering my track record with plants, if I had one it wouldn't go much better. I really will have to try yelling at 'em sometime...

Date: 2004-11-06 07:23 pm (UTC)I'm just the opposite with my hair. I wouldn't let anyone touch it for eleven years, and when I got it bobbed this past spring, my view changed completely. And now I can't have it touching my collar without wanting to take scissors to it myself. (of course, I'm not stupid enough to do that)
Well, it COULD work, if you use it the right way. Maybe it's the plant you're taking out to teach the rest of them a lesson? =D Or just an empty pot! I have several of those. wo of my plants just died. XP One was my favorite, too...
