Insane Theory #702: Cincinnati, Newport, and Supernatural Influences
Cincinnati and Newport are the current foci of Crowley and Aziraphale, respectively. With occasional (but very few) instances of overlap.
In Cincinnati, we have Over-the-Rhine, the Bengals, (occasionally) the Reds, people who’d rather complain than fix things, museums in desperate need of money, idiot students (and other people, I’m sure) who think it’s cool to riot, and did I mention the Bengals?
In Newport - that being directly across the river - we have a VERY nice aquarium, Southgate House (wonderful concert venue, take it from me), some of the best ice cream in existence, a two-floor Barnes and Noble, and a generally thriving commerce.
Rock Bottom Brewery (a very-much-wonderful restaurant on Fountain Square [Cincinnati]), Fountain Square itself at times, and the reportedly inoperable elevator in Newport (taking [livejournal.com profile] brazenbells’s word on that one) are the bits of overlap that make it *work.* ‘Cause, you know, they’d do that.

(Oh, right. Now RPG with it, Moony! [Well, all right, you don't have to. But it'd be cool!])
Now that the school year's over I've got my locker magnets on my metal Titanic sign. Which is now rather odd, in the case of one, since it is the Titanic sign. Except smaller. XD
The others are a cow and a Daria magnet: "I'm not a musician, I'm an interpreter of sound."
Considering scanning in my corner-of-book cover* and making an icon out of it, as it says many random things. Trasnlated them all for a friend earlier, as most of said random things (and the ones that'd be on the icon) are in Spanish. Stuff about Babel fish and Music With Rocks In and testing everything, but not to destruction.

*See, the books didn't actually get assigned till the beginning of fourth quarter, and by that point I wasn't gonna cover the whole thing. Figured if I just did a corner of the book I could leave the book in the room and still get it relatively quickly.

The question is, though, could Crowley and Aziraphale tear themselves away from England for the time it'd take to mess around with Cincinnati and Newport? Crowley, maybe, but I think Aziraphale would get awfully homesick very soon.

I think Crowley took over my town quite some time ago.
