New rec at Foodless Diet. [livejournal.com profile] maybethemoon, consider that a Meaningful Look. (Ought to find one for [livejournal.com profile] daegaer while I'm at it...)
Am meant to be through with Beelzebub by Monday - currently just under halfway there. It's like Survivor except with random character death rather than voting off the island. Can we just read something where the people don't all die at the end?
Am going to open two custom locks, but first I need to know who to add. So, friends, please let me know if you're interested in what I have to say about my writing process and/or the REALLY weird shite that goes on in my head (usually related to some of the mental characters I mentioned yesterday; this will prolly include the dreams post I've been working on). If you're not interested in either you don't have to say anything.

The librarian at school got FIRED. (At the end of the year, but still!) And the principal, prolly because she's retiring, wouldn't even do it HERSELF. Far as I can tell, none of the kids like the librarian because she expects people to be in uniform and behave. Not that hard, is it?
What Mom wants to know is why they put all this money into the library and are now firing the person who knows how it all works. What I want to know is do I get to go out for vengeance? Can I can I huh?
(War: That was so not classy, you realize...)

Oh, and on the writing front. Finally picked up again with the War/Pestilence fic. I might actually have it done (gasp!) sometime soon.
The other junior English teacher expects his students to write two publishable pieces in two weeks. He's a bloody lunatic, which has been confirmed before (he wrote the Aquaman vs. Frank Sinatra one-act, after all) but is particularly backed up here. I write all the time, and my best stuff takes MONTHS.

I'm interested in anything and everything you have to say... about your writing, and about the "weird shite" that goes on in your head. :D
