minkhollowHokay, so. Hopefully, hopefully this will be the last push, but we still need to make one.
I GOT A JOB! Everything fell into place yesterday, and I’m really looking forward to it.
However, we do need to do one last round of asking the Internets for help. Since I just got the job and my start date’s still being worked out, I’m not going to get paid until November. And we have several bills due between now and then, and since we’ve been hit and miss on having enough money to pay things, our utilities are on the point of being turned off if we don’t toss at least something their way.
Our priorities are the electric, gas, phone and cable (electric and phone are the biggest of those) – and, of course, trying to toss something at the management company until we can start working out a plan. We also need to get some sundries that food stamps won’t cover (laundry detergent, conditioner, all that good stuff).
So please, one last time: If there’s anything you can toss our way, we’d greatly, greatly appreciate it. We don’t want to take something for nothing. I’m happy to edit stuff for people, Quinn’s willing to do tarot readings (for you, for your RP characters, for your game, whatever strikes your fancy), and we’re both game to write fic for people. I believe Gabby’s Internet bake sale is still going. Whatever it is that suits you to do, this is going to Quinn’s paypal, angelicphoenix at gmail.
Even if all you can do is wish us well or spread the word, we appreciate that too. Y’all have been total rock stars through all of this, and we really deeply appreciate the help we’ve gotten from everyone.
