...So. Campus network folks seem to have decided the old registration system won't do for my Ethernet cord anymore.
I can't sign up for the new registration without installing updates on Hex, which I can't do without my computer's password, which (as I established in September by trying everything I would have used in May 2004) seems to have disappeared into the ether when I had the universe reinstalled.
Translation: Unexpected hiatus! I'm going to the technology folken tomorrow to see if they can't figure out what my password is now, and I'm going to attempt to find Internets tonight (and back things up again just in case this necessitates a reset). But I don't know when this'll be resolved. (Hopefully soon, as I do NOT relish the thought of living in a computer lab again.)
eyesdelight: I'll keep up with the MM thread as best as I can, but no promises for the time being. (tahira_saki, same goes for you, if you get a tag in.)
