...oh, Internets. Of course you start working again (for the first time all day, might I add) right after I call tech support (and have to save a place in line - seems I'm not the only one upset). That was special.
On the bright side, though, there's a lawn now! (Didn't end up doing it yesterday due to weather, and as it was only about half the grass actually needed cutting.)
Note to self: Burn off more backup CDs for the technology. Not everything's covered by last year's set anymore - not by a long shot.
