Woke up this morning and felt even more like shit than Thursday night, if such a thing is possible - at least this time my stomach wasn't involved in any way. Still, barely being able to breathe, nearly hacking up a lung when I *can* breathe simply because I did so the wrong way, and incurring headaches by moving my eyes without moving me head the same direction didn't help matters. So I decided it was about time to head for the doctor.
When Mom caed the doctor, they first offered an appointment... two or three minutes from the time she called. We live 20 minutes away from the place. ^_^
It's not mono, which is incredibly good news. It's also (prolly) not strep throat, which is *incredibly* good news - last time I had it, I wound up with the allergic reaction at the same time and therefore in the hospital. (I was six at the time. Doubly not fun.) Doctor said flu, Mom says viral but not flu.
Either way, this be's not fun in the least.
When we got home I watched just over an hour of Fellowship. Something I didn't notice before - troll statues about the time Arwen shows up. Heh.
Mom fixed me some tea in an attempt to help stave off all this coughing. It's not terrible... but I still don't understand the whole "tea" thing. This is a case where I generally agree with the Nutrimatics machine. XD Between the tea and all this water, though, something'll probably get the bleep out of my system.
If I'd been this bad yesterday morning there's no WAY I'd have done my last exams. As it is my maths homework doesn't stand a great chance of being done. What good is it if I can't concentrate?
Mayhap it's just as well Dad said to wait on the Photoshop. Not sure I could do anything with it in my present state.
Minimal Two Towers progress thanks to sickness.
