It's snowing like a mad thing out there! Due to traffic time, there is no visiting Crystal, but since it seems there'll be a big family to-do after all, that's all right. (::pokes the cousin:: Got one copy of GO yesterday; who do you think needs it the most?)
Today: Package from Jen I and more shopping. Found a sweatshirt that'll work perfectly for my Hogswatch shirt plan; now all I need to do is finish up the stencily thing for it. Fun times!

The bow on your present didn't get messed up did it? I spent the most time on that bow. I had real life tetris in that box... I also fit a TON of stuff in that smallish box didn't I?

It's crazy windy here... Over the last 30 min or so I have felt the temp drop significantly in the living room. It's an odd sensation and too late to start a fire... so I guess that means off to cuddle up in bed and watch some tv ;)

Right now I've got Mother Nature on my naughty list. It's been hailing for the past three or four hours straight, and while I did get to come home early from work, it kept me from the visit. Boo.

Dad said he may not be out delivering tomorrow, and is really starting to expect a 'DON'T come in' call - seems snow can stop the postal service after all. Interesting.
Hmm. And to make the book thing even more of a debate, I'm already giving Dad a book... Shall have to think this one over, clearly. You want credit on the giving tag, since this is both of us plotting to make everyone read it?

Hmm, dilemma indeed, though I trust your final judgement as to who is more deserving. No need for credit, really. It was your idea and your money that paid for it. All I did was support the idea and gibber on for hours about said idea. Though I am looking forward to watching who gets it open it. I'm sure you'll get some interesting looks, if not some confused. ;)

Also? Off topic, but just recently, one of my favorite fanartists just discovered Good Omens, and now it looks like one of my favorite writers just bought the book. GOOD OMENS IS TAKING OVER! Not that that's a bad thing, REALLY.

It's a good book to be taking over, it really is. (Brought my Phil notebook back with me, so I might scan my terrified-houseplants doodle at some point... XD)
This mean I should watch for more goodness over lower_tadfield way?

Hopefully! I've dropped links to both, so I'm guessing that eventually you will. I also feel strange pimping something so strongly, but there seriously should be a lot of love for the fandom. It is so deserving to be recognized by all. A couple wonderful additions most certainly won't hurt.
