The longitudinal elastic modulus of the squid mantle is AHHH MOTHERLAND!, and the circumferential elastic modulus is WTF Mate?. Therefore, the squid will explode; you can't have AHHH MOTHERLAND! and WTF Mate? in the same place without the world ending, after all. (And WTF Mate? is the more elastic of the two.)
