Right angles are good things; now I can use the computer from teh reach of my bed. (Perhaps I'm lazy, but it's FAR more comfy than the chair...)

...Well, sorta; that bit actually happens on Sunday. But still.
This club was a good move, I think. People who know Pratchett! And other various sci-fi/fantasy! YES! Not to mention the fun that comes out of these plots (a bit of which I picked up from Dad running D&D games) - apparently they had a half-orc ballerina last year.
The returning members asked, before things really got going, if I had any RP experience, so I mentioned my LJ fun. One of ;em said she thinks she's heard of Milliways. (Dude! We're famous!
...Meep. We're famous.)
As for character development... one of my friends joined the club as well. She's setting up for a half-elf bard. Oh, how the Soul Music jokes shall fly! (They'd be twice as bad if the character was male. And she hasn't read Soul Music yet, so I'll be aiming to correct that one.)

Did you check out the renegades? or..t he RP groups name? I wanted to join but had no idea when or how.. but if the characters you were making were allt hat you were making, I could so do that.. Who could I contact?

Yeah, that was them - apparently they've decided to do one meeting for the character stuff and another for the actual game (something about not having enough time last year). I've still got the treasurer's welcome email in my inbox, if memory serves, so I could send you that.
And hey, 'salright. Hope you feel better soon. I've got to head in the general direction of your dorm tomorrow, so I might drop by then.
