the change, it had to come

As of last night, I can run the register at work. And today I got somebody to sign up for a charge card! But I think they need to play more than two tapes a day, you know?
Brainwave: Might have funds on hand to get BNL tickets. That would rock so. Much.
Tried to call Jen 3; got her voicemail again. Jen 2 suggested going up to Columbus for the Chihuly exhibit, partly because I haven't seen it and partly to get me driving some more, so I'm gonna see if Jen 3 would be interested.
Also... ::pokes Ji and Julie:: If there's not loggage (or possibly fic), I'ma go POSTAL on you two. And I've learned from a professional.

Date: 2004-07-09 02:36 pm (UTC)You saw the last couple bits I stuck in there, right?

Date: 2004-07-09 02:41 pm (UTC)And I am sure there is some sort of loggage for TJ/Vlad and the unlikely combination of declarations of love and pervy little games with handcuffs...
I so totally want to see that.

Date: 2004-07-09 02:48 pm (UTC)Plus, the developments will directly affect my characters as Beth will of course go looking for Vlad the moment he arrives in Ankh-Morpork.

*And since I just lost half the audience anyway, Octeday is included in that sentiment.

Date: 2004-07-09 03:20 pm (UTC)I always include Octeday - it is such a useful day where you can shove all the odds and end happening you wouldn't have had time for otherwise.

Date: 2004-07-09 03:28 pm (UTC)We could do with Octeday in real life. ::is all for changing the calendar:: Oh, for three-day weekends all the time...

Date: 2004-07-09 03:33 pm (UTC)Ji and I have long been plotting calendar reform. Five days work/school and three days off would be so totally right and wonderful.
