Some things I have to confirm from what little I read of other people's thoughts:

maybethemoon's pont about the whole 'condition' spiel, katmaxwell saying the theater gets cold when the dementors turn up (it does, kinda), and fujinsama saying the Trelawney casting was perfect. (Otherwise casting was brill as well.)
The Time-Turner thing got a little hard to follow, but not that much. The scene changes looked nice but I think the flow was a bit too choppy (i.e. blowing off Christmas entirely), and the OTP vibe? FULL FORCE.
Little things I liked: The birds flying into the whomping willow. Reminiscent of the first Shrek (still haven't seen the second). And the housekeeping at the Leaky Cauldron.
Also, the Knight Bus conductor was more of a Shawn Ogg sort, in my mind. But that was with the whole 'Neville' thing in.
ETA: How did I forget this? The best line in the movie has to be Snape saying Remus and Sirius were 'fighting like an old married couple.' ::SNERK::
And on a semi-related note, anyone know where I can find that Have You Seen This Wizard picture online? I had an icon thought last night. A really GOOD one.
