Parents wanted to go get one of those Ironic Ionic Breeze thingies, so we wound up in the same general area as a Waldenbooks and I spent a gift card that I've had for the last year.
Equal Rites, Lords and Ladies, Interesting Times, Maskerade and Night Watch. (Won't be reading that last for a while, though. The only Watch books they had were that and Men at Arms, which I've read.)
Dad finished Pyramids last night. He doesn't get why I wound up feeling sorry for the priest guy. I thought it was pretty obvious (but that may just be me).
Started research paper of DOOM. Two sentences of the required nine-ten pages down. XD (They're pretty long sentences, at least.)

'Cause Edward Gorey artwork is straaange. And these two examples (both from Amphigorey Also) match up rather well with a couple of my choice fandoms. They're a bit on the large side, methinks, so LJ cuts to spare slow-modem types.
