Nine pages of research, just over two pages of endnotes, proof that standardised tests are not such a good thing (and if I can get away with never typing those two words together again, I will be quite happy). And still some time to myself. How cool is that?
If poked enough, I may post a snippet of it at the writing LJ. It *is* writing, after all.
Now that this is out of the way, I think my brain's safe to be re-hijacked by that Discworld fic. The characters at least had the decency to back off a bit while I needed to concentrate on the paper. XD
And now, I have something I have to figure out how to decorate. Not to mention that chocolate I promised myself upon finishing. And RPage (not that I haven't been keeping up).
Oh yeah - hey, villainny. To what do I owe the pleasure?

Shall endeavor to go !!! at appropriate moments, then. XD (Should warn you, though, I'm not through all of Discworld yet. I've got ten or so books to go, most of which are Watch books [funny how that happens]. That prolly won't stop me commenting unless it's something to do with Night Watch.)

I have managed to not only read all of them, but also to aquire most of them from charity shops for about £2.50 each. Which is nice. The exceptions are any and all since Fifth Elephant, which I've always got for Christmas in hardback. That was when I started reading, see. Seems so long ago, now...

Ah. I own a bunch of them, but only have a few in hardback, mostly by way of presents. Paperback's much more economical (or whatever...)
I think I first tried to start with Jingo, but never really read it for some reason. And then after I read Good Omens I tried again, except with this set of the first few Rincewind books Dad's got - really, I only stuck around for the Luggage (and in the case of The Light Fantastic, only barely).
And then I bought a copy of Hogfather and was officially hooked.
Since I've been bouncing round the series so much it's hard to say what all I have and haven't read. The only Death book I haven't read is Mort - for some reason, I read that arc mostly backwards.
