Was just browsing Rice Candy, and I've got a question for you...
Does Daria/Good Omens count as a stranger crossover than Lord of the Rings/Talented Mr. Ripley? Because I wrote one of the former. Trying to decide whether to post it without those last two beta-ers.

Hey, don't worry if it's strange or not. I've been thinking of a Buffy/Harry Potter/Slayers/Utena crossover forever, and it doesn't bother me that it's strange. Only reason I haven't started it is lack of a plot. If you like the idea, then go for it!

I'm not worried about it being strange. I'm asking her because the latter's a possible idea on her site, and she wanted to know if anyone had anything stranger. I mean, if I was worried about stuff being strange... someone would have called professional help for me by now. XD

Ah, that makes sense. And we probablly would have started calling for help when we made up those freaking HUGE nicknames on the PP board so long ago. Those were stranger than any crossover I've ever seen.

Not sure about stranger...perhaps a sign of my own strangeness that all I can think of is that Daria/Good Omens sounds like a damn good idea. I'm intrigued.

It started sounding really cool shortly after I read the book. Then it took a couple months to figure out how it would work (which occured to me when I was meant to be sleeping). Then I had to put it through a re-write. And now I think I'm gonna tweak a few things, write up an explanation of the book for the poor confused Daria fans (who really should read it...), and post it. Forget the other two lookers-at.
