Farewell to the Clear Eyes commercial (LotR style!), and hello to something I ought explain.
The quote is probably my favorite line from Moving Pictures - I'm not sure why, but I like it particularly on days when I need a good battle-cry kind of statement. Illustrated it for a locker sign, even (someone remind me to scan it at the end of the school year).
I decided a while back it needed an icon. I was thinking LotR originally, with. You know. The light of Wossname. The star thingy. (You can probably guess why I didn't go with that one.)
Was browsing Daria screencaps for the CDset last night, and came across this gem. It's one of my all-time favorite scenes from the show - again, for no particular reason, but I think it's the irony of six people sneaking around carrying flashlights. And then I connected the quote with it and the rest is icon history!
(...That was a bloody verbose GIP. XD)
