Three BLESSED points away from third place. And we didn't manage to get any of the other trophies either. Just... gah.
And people in the band are being stupid, apparently. Wouldn't give names if I had them, but still. I think Andrew's getting close to homicidal-rage territory, and that is a very bad thing. Don't think I've ever seen him that pissed off.
(These geniuses getting the field commander upset... well, that's their funeral, I suppose.)
Anyway. Celestina, I'm working on a response for the RPage thing, I swear. Creative juices being a bit murky at the moment. But hopefully we can get something accomplished before I go to bed.

Oh, yes. Everyone gets in that frame of mind that "aaaahwelostwesuck!" and it's so hard to get them out of it, even if you didn't do all that bad...

And the hosts didn't even get participation thingies. While they're all, "you came to our competition! ...but we thought you sucked.", it's at least something to take home.
(And the band that got first place for the class above us? Their show was AWFUL. And I'm not just saying that because their school and mine're all "grr. argh." at each other. The band wants to know what the judges were on.)

My band's decided that in order to be a judge you have to have failed math and you must be irrepairably stupid. So. It sounds like it's universal.

Not unless you count the tapes an dsuchlike. But everyone gets those, and you can't exactly display them on the office counter.
Well. If it's universal that's not so bad. But still. ::kills three-point spread:: ('Cause once we missed the placement trophies I figured it was something miniscule like that...)

Guh, isn't it worse to lose by less though? I mean, it always bugs me more if you lose (or get fourth or whatever) by like, two tenths of a point. That's when it really kills me. But I guess that's a personal opinion.
