(Note to self: Bohemian Rhapsody, Chantilly Lace, Song of the Viking.) <-- Anyone works that out, I'll be quite surprised.

Well, all right, this first isn't so much an insane theory as it is insane Discworld fannishness. My mental picture of Ankh-Morpork is a blend of London, New York, and Los Angeles.
If London wasn't in there I wouldn't know my British authors very well, now would I? New York's got several things, including the overall indifference of the population, the hot-dog vendors (bet they're cheaper than Dibbler though), the very real possibility of getting mugged, and the Hudson. From what I've heard it could give the Ankh a run for its money, though the latter would undoubtedly win. And LA is so the Shades.

This one really is an insane theory. And it's a crossover insane theory at that. I've decided the Harry Potter universe (at least, local to the area in question) is a sort of London In Between. London Below is people who fall through the cracks, right? Well, the HPverse is sort of stuck in one of those cracks. I mean, there're too many people involved for it to be completely through, but by the same token there are lorry-loads of people who don't have a clue in the slightest what's going on.
(In other words, I don't know why I put Neverwhere down the first time. XD)

Another note to self: OSX get. Well, actually it's already in the 'puter, but I'll have to set it up.
Oh, and I've got RPG arsenal from vacation. Part of it's inspired by one of the books I was going on about up there, and part of it's fact. Fun for all, just not now. Tomorrow or so.
Oh, and Moony? Good one. XD
