another update...
18 Jul 2003 09:22 pmWould like to arrange slow and painful death for idiot nosy Umbridge woman. At least the students have a "bugger this for a lark" attitude when it comes to learning something useful. XD
Figuring out where Christmas would be was easy enough, but how... that was something of a surprise. (Mind you, I'm just now getting to the proper Christmas celebration, so.)
I'm torn between liking it and not liking it... I mean, really, lots of people're being pointlessly nasty. Just. Dude.
Am 500 pages in, and may not be back on tonight. Still hoping I'm wrong about... certain things. But I've got a feeling I'm not.
Up to the bare beginnings of chapter 28. So... yeah... that was. Interesting. Would appear "run away" is still just as useful advice as "don't panic" ever is (read: VERY). And... dude, poor Neville. He needs a hug.
I've not provided very talkative thoughts yet; trust me, if I get through the book before we leave, there will be Words about the Death. ESPECIALLY if I'm right.
Anyway. Questions for
1) Congratulations! You've just won backstage passes!... to a group/performer you truly cannot stand. Who is it, and do you go anyway or scrounge up a friend who'd appreciate it?
2) What appeals to you about RPS?
3) Just how crazy was Florida, anyway? (I'm thinking it must've been at least a bit, else you wouldn't be back in Ohio...)
4) Desert island, five books, five CDs. What and why?
5) Name one thing you own of great sentimental value.
