The servers seem fine, as far as I can tell. It's just that Hex is seven years old and gets fussy when I try to run something as Flash-intensive as Pottermore. (It gums up a lot on Youtube and LJ pages full of gifs as well.) Yeah, a lot of people have complained about where they got sorted. I think the big thing is that the test is too short to work well on the age bracket poking at Pottermore the hardest. Seven questions might be enough to get to the heart of an eleven-year-old, but rumor has it JKR wrote 60 questions for this thing; I was expecting to be asked 15 or 20. The wand thing is also 7 questions, but I think that one actually gets to the heart of things a lot better than the sorting quiz.
