grr. argh.

So I had to read two books over the summer.
I put one of them on hold at the library before we left on vacation, and bought the other one in Williamsburg.
The hold still has not been called in. Since I have to have this book read by Tuesday, I wound up getting it at Borders.
There was a big Neil Gaiman display on the wall behind the register and they had the first Sandman and I would've been five bucks short anyway, but still. They one time they do have it, and I can't afford it.
Somebody in my English class owes me ten dollars, seeing as it is their fault I had to spend it. Make no mistake, I will get this money.
In other news, will be off being a band geek tomorrow night. Talked to some people at school today before practice started. Lend-out copy of GO will be back in my possession before we leave (probably), but I don't know for how long. Someone else might want to read it.

Anyway. The bottom entry on Ponder's? Go read the beginning, it's bloody brilliant.
