Quoteage for everyone!

Typed up a bunch of quotes for Mom earlier. Got to try out a bunch of the fonts I DLed yesterday - many of them lacking apostrophes. Some even lacking commas. This presents a problem - oh well. Will work with it as necessary.
Have started a quote project of my own (that is not Quoteage!, at any rate). Random things from TV, songs, books, people, etc. starting with my first word (Cat!). Not many books yet 'cause I'm going chronologically, but I'm getting into EFC territory so all is well. Am not sure what I'm going to do with this just yet.
Dad seems quite certain I'll find the Goo-Gone tomorrow. Am willing to bet that now he's said that it won't turn up anywhere. (Perhaps if I hide it after I find it?)
Found a really neat thingy on friendsfriends that I will try later.
(Oh. Am friending corialis here as well because of clear insanity [and that is a good thing].)

a hard-but-fun idea

The concept: Introduce one of your LJ friends to another of your LJ friends. (Rather than the usual steal-a-friend thing what Morgan and I are always doing.) What makes it so tricky is I'm trying to match people's interests, insofar as I know them, and LJ did away with the find-similar-users option. Not that that'd necessarily help, anyway. So, one for now and will add others later.
I'm also putting in a little bit of why I'm introducing this person to that one, 'cause why not? Feel free to gack other friends as you will.
