My nose is so stopped up the cough medicine isn't quite so cough-medical. And the being sick got me out of a duly-trademarked Intensive Cleaning Nightmare.
But still. I can't talk. Well, I sort-of can, but it doesn't sound anywhere near normal. Not to mention it hurts.
Still don't understand tea thing. Warm flavored water... right? (And occasionally caffeinated to boot.)
Watched Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure earlier. Parents were gone, so Mom wasn't around to mind. XD Random thoughts follow. )
Haven't read any of Two Towers today.

Disc five, I was barely alive, I was hacking up a-
Er. Don't mind me, folks. Not even listening to that now. I must say, it's a fun song to sing along with. When my throat's in any semi-reasonable state for singing, that is.
Parents were going to go to a movie, but the theater heat wasn't working, so they rented Men in Black II. I think I like the first one better. Added appreciation of post-office jokes since Dad works at Post Office.
Oh, and a bit of hope for us GO party people.

(Erin found it on Neil Gaiman's blog. So, yaaay! She suggested if we all scrounge around the sofas and whatnot for spare change, we might pull together something for the cause. XD)
No Photoshop tonight, obviously. Maybe I could talk him into it tomorrow. I mean, it is a national holiday and all.
And I have a random phrase that's begging for icon usage, if I could just find a good picture for it. It's been on the subconscious quite frequently starting a few days ago:

If someone wants to take up the challenge, I certainly won't stop you. But if I find a picture and get Photoshop up and running, I just might try it myself.
