Oh, cheese was mentioned too. Forgot that. And we have snow in Massachusetts. But the dead horses? I have no idea. It was only one person shouting it out in the middle of a boisterous conversation, so probably just random. (He's going to be attending a different college in Wisconsin, come to think of it.)

I'd kind of like dead horses on the roads. That would indicate the presence of live horses, and whee! horsies!
