Despite lingering illness (which... may or may not be on its way out, but not from the sound of this cough - still!), went out shopping in various places with Mom. She needed photo paper for her students, and then we hit DSW - discount in a shoe store? Dangerous. I got three pairs and she got three pairs. One of mine is because the school's got SHOE RULES for graduation. The others... I just needed new shoes.
And then there was a bit of teacher-appreciating at Borders, but (surprisingly) not that much. I now have a copy of Mort and a Brian Lovely CD. Yes, none of you have ever heard of him - he's local, and I only have because he opened for Todd Rundgren when we saw him last year. Good stuff, though.
