Hey, they are fun. From
shati and
villainny, respectively.
1. Which instrument would you choose to be reincarnated as, should you be reincarnated as an instrument? Why?
...I have no idea, actually. Other than nothing percussive. That would get painful after a bit, methinks (especially since most drummers only know one volume).
2. If you had to spend a weekend with one of them, who would you choose, Aziraphale or Crowley? Your survival is guaranteed, but nothing else. (They're looking after you because you're the niece of a friend.)
I got the lunch variant of this question once, and that time it was Crowley. However, if it’s an entire weekend, I think I’d rather Aziraphale. Lots of books!
3. What's your favorite pre-gun-ish weapon (e. g. sword, bow & arrows, crossbow, dagger, spear, lance, I don't really know of many weapons...)?
Swords are fun.
4. What's the worst name you can think of (for a human child in the US)?
Mom said someone suggested Shaquina (I’m guessing on the spelling) for my name, and they were told it sounded like a body part. I’m thinking more like venereal disease, myself. ::shudders::
Or there’s always Orangejello and Lemonjello... (Someone has done this. I am not kidding.)
5. Name a favorite fictional character, and explain why they're a favorite. (Er. I ran out of creative.)
War from Good Omens. I’m not sure why, exactly. It’s just the whole... wossname she’s got. Also, writing about her gives me an excuse to work all manner of history in there (so far, the Manhattan Project, Guernica, the Battle of Trenton, Jerusalem [both around the time of Jesus’ birth and modern times], and a few other random settings, some of which are crossovers).
------
1) Who is the fictional character you identify with most? Why?
...yikes. Talk about your loaded questions.
On the whole, probably Cimorene from the Enchanted Forest Chronicles. We’re both stubborn and opinionated and have low tolerance for idiots.
2) What would be the ultimate crossover pairing?
Not necessarily in pairing form, but Jack Sparrow and the Marquis de Carabas simply HAVE to run into each other one of these days. They’d get along famously. (Besides. Pirates/Neverwhere. Has potential to be the coolest crossover EVER.)
3) Which is your favourite Discworld book? *snickers* (evil question, I know)
At the moment, it’s a toss-up between Soul Music, Moving Pictures and Witches Abroad. I don’t know if I could narrow it down to one, but three’s not too bad, considering. I’ve still got ten or so books yet to read.
4) What do you think happens when you die?
Something, no doubt. XD
I’m rather undecided on the topic, but I do think the individual’s got some say in the matter.
5) How many fingers am I holding up? *g*
Twice-four. ::smirk::
In other news. Log is possibly closer to done than I thought, have made some progress on that book we're reading for English, and the priest at Mass today (rescheduled from Catholic Schools Week due to snow day) kept looking at the ceiling. That had me thinking, 'um, hi? Your audience is down here, actually? 'Cause if you're talking to God, I'd think God already knows all this stuff.'
